Marketing Support Services.
Marketing Support Services (MSS) provides web-based solutions, bulk fulfillment, database management, real-time lead processing and tracking, mailing services, inbound/outbound call center, on-demand printing, and warehousing of both traditional and premium items to clients across an array of industries.
Together we have collaborated on many high visibility projects, designing and developing the mobile ads for such notable campaigns as ‘the hard way’ for Lexus and ‘the van beckons’ for Honda, as well as others for Ford, Bose, Dunkin Donuts, HBO, Comedy Central and Marriott to name a few.
In the spring of 2010, Topic entered into a collaborative partnership with MSS, providing marketing and technology counsel, and design and development services through them for their clients. In the time since, we have produced over 20 projects including web-based, native tablet and mobile applications for the likes of P&G, NCR, Ethicon and Emerson among others. It is not unusual for Topic to be 3, even 4 vendors removed from the end client while providing the final deliverable implemented by that end client for their respective marketing purpose.
A favorite project of ours, and a good example of the range of services we provide through MSS, is one produced for Iams/Eukanuba. Their challenge was to better engage dog show event audiences, to have an interactive means to capture data while in the field without internet access. Topic suggested purchasing iPads, and building an HTML5 offline survey/game application with local storage and synchronization capacities with a server-side database. The result was the Iams/Eukanuba team having the ability to deploy their app simultaneously at multiple shows, extending their brand, being able to gather quality customer data, and whenever their devices were back online the local storage would sync with a maintained master database.
